General Terms & Conditions
Shipping:
All items are sent via tracked courier and will require a signature upon arrival. We ship with APC to UK destinations. They will contact you direct with notifications either by email or text* regarding your delivery and they deliver within a two hour ETA window. You will have various options such as, change delivery day, collect from depot etc. You may choose to have your goods 'left safe' or 'left with neighbour' but at your own risk. All damages must be notified within 24 hours of the item being delivered. This is to comply with the couriers insurance terms agreed with Handmade Today UK. Claims cannot be raised if more than 24 hours have passed. Once a damage has been notified we will arrange for the couriers to collect the item at your convenience for return to Handmade Today UK whereupon you will have the option of a refund or a replacement

Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to Handmade Today UK. There will be a minimum of 25% surcharge for any item that has been made to specific dimensions. Other items bought directly from the shop can be returned for a full refund minus a 10% handling charge.

Handmade Today UK will not be liable for the return shipping costs in either case. Buyer must pay all return shipping costs

Custom Orders:
If a bespoke or custom order has been placed and you wish to cancel, there will be a full refund if the item has not yet been made. A 50% refund for order cancellations if the item has already been completed. We will provide photographic evidence if required
